Delete your Steve account

Request account deletion

Steve: Caddie (steve-caddie.com) lets you delete your account and the personal data tied to it. You do not need to open the app. Follow these steps:

1. Email privacy@steve-caddie.com from the address you use to sign in to Steve.
2. Use the subject: Delete my Steve account.
3. In the message, include that same account email. Your name helps us find the account.
4. We confirm we received the request and delete the account within 30 days.

If you no longer have access to that email, say so and we will ask for another detail from the account (your name and usual course) to confirm it is you.

What we delete

• The account: email, name, handicap, gender, city, country, and profile photo.
• Your bag and club distances.
• Rounds, scorecards, shots, and GPS positions saved with those rounds.
• Friendships, invites, and your place in live rounds.
• Feedback and screenshots you sent from the app.

What may be kept

• Scores from a round shared with other players can remain on their card, without your account or email.
• Backup copies are overwritten and stop identifying you within 90 days of deletion.
• Data we must keep because the law requires it, for as long as that law says.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
